Each set of PXG clubs is built to your exact specifications. Typically, custom orders are assembled and shipped within 7 to 10 business days, though lead times may vary based on component availability.
Do you offer professional club fitting services?
Yes, we offer master fitting experiences at PXG retail stores and mobile fitting locations worldwide. Our specialists use Trackman technology to optimize your loft, lie, shaft flex, and weighting.
What is your return policy on golf equipment?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee for custom-built clubs.
Does PXG ship internationally?
PXG ships to many countries globally. Shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the items in your cart.
What kind of warranty comes with PXG products?
All PXG clubs are covered by a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Apparel and accessories are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Can I adjust the weighting on my PXG driver myself?
Yes, PXG drivers feature Precision Weighting Technology. While you can adjust these weights using a standard torque wrench, we recommend consulting our fitting guides or a professional to ensure optimal performance.
